Operation Pedopriest

Okay, maybe it’s just me but I don’t find this amusing or entertaining in the slightest. Quite actually, I find it to be horrifically disgusting. I understand that some flashes are meant to make a statement and this was purely meant to mock the church. That said, no one (except the priests) are denying this is happening. There is something wrong about helping a priest - or helping ANYONE - rape a child, even if it’s just a game. 

No. Not when we still live in a world where rape pervades this country almost effortlessly and sex slaves have become the second largest illegal money making industry. Not when Child Brides light themselves afire. Not when 1 in 3 American women are raped, and there is a 77% chance they know them personally. Not when only 2 fucking percent are convicted. No, fuck that. This is complete and utter bullshit.

Maybe I wouldn’t be so pissed off if I didn’t find this on New Grounds as well and looked at the comments. Some of them are actually laughing at how funny this is. They don’t think it’s funny in real life, but they think it’s okay to play it on a game? What sense does this make?

Again, some things are completely taboo and should never be put next to a ‘lmao’. Because this isn’t funny. I dare anyone to show this to the victims of the Catholic Church and expect them to laugh. This may have been intended to mock the church, but all it really does is mock rape and the boys who were sexually abused and makes it seem so far less serious than it really is. When you create games like this as means to entertain, so people can sit on their ass and laugh when an animated priest bends over on a little boy, it makes rape look as if it were okay or has the right to be laughed at any case.

It’s not a joke, because its not fucking funny.
